Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. If checkout does not offer your country, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping costs

• Free worldwide shipping on orders of $45 USD or more.
• A flat shipping charge of $6 USD applies to orders below $45.
• The exact charge is always shown before you pay.

Dispatch & delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.
• United Kingdom: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• United States, Canada & rest of world: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing and local carrier delays can extend delivery in some regions.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, we’ll email your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Duties, taxes & customs

Prices are shown in USD and exclude any import duties or taxes that may be charged when a parcel enters your country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by your local authorities, not by us.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email support@dwph.shop with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier and put it right.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can’t be responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly, though we’ll always try to help recover them.
