Our fittings are universal-fit for standard threaded fittings, but thread sizes vary by region and tap. Before ordering, check your existing fitting (or unscrew your current aerator) and note the thread type and size. Each product page repeats this reminder. If you’re unsure, send us a photo and we’ll help.

No. We describe what each fitting does — it mixes air into the stream, caps a flow rate, or lowers the volume per flush. We deliberately don’t put a figure on money, litres or percentage saved, because real results depend on your home, water pressure and habits.

Where shown, the rated flow (for example ≈ 5.7 L/min) is the flow rate the fitting is designed to deliver at typical mains pressure. It’s a description of the device, not a promise about your bill.

Most of our fittings install by hand in seconds — aerators screw on, inserts drop in, displacement bags hook into the cistern. A few items, like the dual-flush conversion kit and foot-pedal controller, involve basic DIY plumbing; we recommend a professional if you’re not confident.

No. We only sell simple, manual water fittings — aerators, restrictors, displacement and dual-flush hardware, and outdoor water-collection items. Nothing gas, pressurised or electrical.

All prices and shipping charges are in US Dollars (USD), wherever you shop from.

We dispatch within 1–2 business days and ship worldwide. Typical delivery is 2–4 days in the UK, 5–10 days in Europe and 7–15 days for the US and rest of world after dispatch. See our Shipping page for detail.

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sealed hygiene items can’t be returned once opened unless faulty. UK and EU customers also have a 14-day legal right to cancel. See Returns and Right to Cancel.

Checkout is secured with SSL and payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
