These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the dwph.shop store (the “Store”) operated by DW PLUMBING & HEATING LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 05245821, with its registered office at 7 Oldfields Crescent, Great Haywood, Stafford, Staffordshire, ST18 0RS, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Dwph is the consumer water-fittings brand of DW PLUMBING & HEATING LIMITED. You can reach us at support@dwph.shop or +44 7471 524776.
2. Products
We sell simple, manual water fittings — aerators, flow restrictors, cistern displacement and dual-flush hardware, and outdoor water-collection items. We describe what each product does mechanically: it reduces the flow rate of water, caps a flow rate or lowers the volume of water used per flush. We make no claim about any specific amount of money, water or percentage you will save, as results depend on your home, water pressure, existing fittings and habits.
Our fittings are universal-fit for standard threaded fittings, but sizes vary by region and model. It is your responsibility to check your existing fitting before purchase. Product images are illustrative.
3. Prices and currency
All prices and shipping charges are stated in US Dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. Any import duties or taxes payable on entry to your country are your responsibility.
4. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order/dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we cannot ship to your location — and will refund any payment taken for declined orders.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card details. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
6. Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping page for detail.
7. Returns and cancellation
You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery under our Returns policy. Consumers in the UK and EU also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel — see Right to Cancel. Sealed hygiene contact items cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Store lawfully and not to misuse it. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Store — including text, images and the Dwph name — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that arise from improper installation or use of a product against its instructions. We are not a substitute for professional advice on plumbing work that requires it.
12. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you contract as a consumer in another country, you may have additional rights under your local law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
